• You must be satisfied. Goods can be returned, for any reason or no reason, within thirty days of receipt, and your purchase price will be refunded. 
  
• However, film cannot be returned unless it is defective, or we made a shipping mistake. Please be sure you are ordering what you want.
  
• If we made a mistake with your order (including film), we'll send you a FedEx pre-paid label (or equivalent) for returning the incorrect goods, and we'll replace them with the correct goods.
  
• Before you return anything, please notify us by e-mail.
